1. Final Sale Policy

All items sold on letaostudio.ca are final sale and non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, for the following reasons:

• These are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind ceramic and clay artworks.

• The items are inherently fragile and highly susceptible to damage during return shipping.

• The nature of these artworks means they cannot be resold once they have been shipped and handled by the customer.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this final sale policy.

2. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival

We take great care in packaging all items to prevent breakage during transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing or shipping issues:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at [your contact email].

• You must provide clear photos of the damaged item, its original packaging, and the shipping label.

• After verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

◦ A replacement of the same or similar item, subject to availability.

◦ A store credit equal to the purchase price, valid for 12 months.

• No cash refunds will be issued for damaged items.

3. Exclusions

We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

• The item is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental breakage after delivery.

• The item is returned more than 48 hours after delivery.

• The customer changes their mind or regrets the purchase.

• Minor variations in color, texture, or size, which are natural characteristics of handcrafted artworks and not considered defects.

4. Shipping Costs

• All return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

• Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
