This legal disclaimer governs your use of the website letaostudio.ca ("Site") and the purchase of handcrafted ceramic artworks, including Yixing clay teapots ("Products"), sold by Letao Studio ("We", "Us", "Our").

1. Product Descriptions & Authenticity

• All products listed are handmade, original artworks. Due to the nature of handcrafting, slight variations in color, size, and texture are natural and not considered defects.

• We warrant that all Products are authentic and described accurately to the best of our knowledge.

2. Fragile Goods & Shipping Risk 

• The Products are fragile. While we use premium protective packaging (bubble wrap, foam, and sturdy boxes), all shipping risks lie with the buyer once the package is delivered.

• We are not liable for damages caused by improper customer handling, storage, or use after delivery.

• For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

3. Return Policy 

• Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information on returns for damaged items upon arrival.

• For non-damaged items, due to the handmade and perishable nature of our Products, we adhere to a strict Final Sale policy and do not accept returns for change of mind.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Letao Studio and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Letao Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of Products.

• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the actual price paid by you for the Products.

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba (Canada), without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
